DeVonne Salliey is a results-oriented leader who sees her mission as creating excitement around a vision and enrolling people on a journey to drive transformational change. While she brings a broad range of management expertise to established companies, she is especially energized by, and adds unique business value to companies undergoing large-scale transitional change.

DeVonne’s successes result from her proven abilities to motivate diverse teams, creatively solve complex problems and implement strategic changes. She has successfully led a range of key strategic initiatives, and is a seasoned decision maker whose leadership skills include managing the human side of change, team building, adaptability and accountability.
For over 15 years, she has been a sought after internal consultant on audit, security and control issues. Responsible to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for international progress toward regulatory compliance, she established a strong foundation for SOX 404 by effectively leading a Program Management Office consisting of 125 globally dispersed team members responsible for over 200 projects.
DeVonne is the founding Owner and President of DKS Star Ventures Inc., a real estate investment and consulting company. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, she spent seven years with Dun & Bradstreet in various management capacities. As a member of the Technology Leadership Team reporting to the CIO, DeVonne helped create and manage the strategic direction to turnaround the 1,200 member Global Technology and Operations organization. Establishing mission, vision and operating principles contributed to a successful outcome, as measured by increased leadership behaviors at all levels, increased service value, and the delivery of innovative solutions to drive business growth. Her organizational change leadership contributed to the successful transition of Dun & Bradstreet, a well-established yet declining business, into a successful growth company with an important web presence.
Prior to D&B, she spent a year with Prudential Insurance Co. as an Information Technology (IT) Audit Director, and nine years with J.P.Morgan Inc. progressing from Management Trainee to IT Audit Officer directing cross-organizational efforts to mitigate business, technology, operational and reputational risks. She concluded her Wall Street career in 1996 as Assistant Vice President responsible for managing multi-million dollar investment portfolios of high net worth Private Bank clients.
DeVonne is a highly motivated leader experienced in Real Estate, Organizational Change Management, International Business, Consulting, Technology Audit and Risk Management. Her extensive experience and progressive leadership positions spanning technology, insurance, banking and finance industries well position her to make invaluable contributions across disciplines.
DeVonne graduated from Pace University, NYC with a Finance M.B.A. in Asset & Portfolio Management. She achieved a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science, also from Pace University; ranked top 2% of graduating class. DeVonne happily resides with her husband and two daughters in Montclair, NJ.
