The Board of Veteran CEOs was created to serve as a confidant to CEOs
of mid-size and large companies. Additionally, it has been designed to
provide the kind of world-class counsel that is made available to CEOs of
Fortune 500s. Why? Because many mid size and large enterprises
experience the same challenges as Fortune 500s. Except, they operate
without access to the same internal and external resources. The Board of
Veteran CEOs was created to serve as a resource to bridge the resource
gap.
The Board of Veteran CEOs is an exclusive forum of 12-15 CEOs from
mid-sized and large corporations, both public and private. It is designed to
be a knowledge transfer from a panel of prominent former CEOs now willing
to spend their time as senior counselors to sitting CEOs. In addition, this
forum will allow for peer-to-peer information sharing, networking and
relationship building.
For the September meeting, it is our pleasure to welcome two very prominent
former CEOs to lead the discussion:
- Bill Glavin, Sr., Retired Vice Chairman of Xerox
Mr. Glavin joined Xerox in 1970 as Executive Vice President of Xerox Data Systems in Los
Angeles. In the late 1970s he was named president CEO of that Division. In 1974 he moved to
London, England where he became Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Rank
Xerox, with responsibility for the entire world except the Americas.
Retired Chairman & CEO of Chase Bank
Our distinguished guest served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
of Chase Bank (formerly Chase Manhattan Corporation).
Also present, will be Wayne Wald & Paul Pollock, partners at the law firm Katten Muchin
Rosenman, LLC as well as Corey Massella, partner at Citrin Cooperman & Company,
LLC.
As the Chairman of The Board of Veteran CEOs, my charge remains, to

than ever to deliver on this charge, and am excited about this upcoming
forum. I look forward to seeing you at the next Board of Veteran CEOs’
